Sardella has more than 20 years of experience that includes solution-sales, business strategy, software development and entrepreneurship. He has developed products and solutions for clients in the aerospace, manufacturing, financial and health services industries.

As Vice President of Services, Mr. Sardella oversees the delivery of all consulting, custom integration projects and training services wordwide. Mr. Sardella has also served as Vice President of Product Development. In this role, he was responsible for the creation and delivery of AGI’s commercial software products.

Before joining AGI, Sardella lead a solution delivery practice for Broadreach Consulting in Wayne, PA. The unit grew from 8 to 130 consultants in two development centers and was responsible for the delivery of the company’s software projects nationwide.

Prior to Broadreach, Sardella was a founding partner of one of the first Internet Service Providers in the country, FishNet (Prometheus Information Corp.). At FishNet, he provided dial-up Internet access, leased line service, and software development for a variety of clients, including Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, Armstrong World Industries, and the Philadelphia Eagles. His responsibilities included marketing, sales and the management of customer relationships.

Sardella began his career as a software developer for General Electric, where he designed decision aids and command centers for missile defense systems and the FAA. He eventually served as team leader.

Sardella has a M.S.E from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Sciences and the Wharton School of Business and a B.B.A. from Temple University.
